We offer tiered shipping rates based on order weight. Orders over $999 qualify for free standard curbside delivery, while smaller items are shipped via standard ground carriers at a flat rate.

Yes, our products are specifically designed for outdoor use. We use UV-resistant synthetic wicker, powder-coated aluminum frames, and high-performance fabrics like Sunbrella to ensure durability against rain and sun.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to large freight items, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture arrives pre-assembled or requires minimal setup. For more complex sets, we offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes professional assembly and debris removal.
How do I care for my outdoor cushions?
We recommend cleaning cushions with mild soap and water. For longevity, store cushions in a dry place or use weather covers during the off-season or during heavy rainfall.
